Slayer Reign in Blood
South Of Heaven
Slayer are undoubtedly the most extreme band of the "Big Four" of thrash metal (Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax belong to them). With "Reign In Blood" they released probably the most important extreme metal album in 1986, which influenced countless other bands and is still the cornerstone of Slayer's legendary reputation, which was further strengthened with "South Of Heaven" and "Seasons In The Abyss". Although the satanic image was designed for maximum provocation and to shock the mainstream, the band went gold four times and even received a Grammy. In 2019 Slayer disbanded because frontman Tom Araya no longer felt like touring, but the legend still lives on and the "Slayööör" shouts will never go away!
