The Swedish Viking metallers Månegarm, active since 1995, are named after a wolf from Norse mythology and sound accordingly wild. Elements of Black and Death Metal mix with Nordic folklore to an extremely varied sound, in which also traditional instruments like flutes and violins have their place.
