Who is Phil Campbell?
Phil Campbell was the guitarist of MOTÖRHEAD for 32 years, from 1983 until Lemmy's passing, and is now rocking with his own band, Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons. He appreciates our MOTÖRHEAD products for his grandchildren and is thrilled with the "Speedfreak." After a test drive, the legendary guitarist signed a copy on the hood, which we're now raffling as a very special Christmas gift among our customers.
Terms of Participation

The prize will be dispatched to the billing address of the participating order.

For the transmission of prizes, the personal data (email address, name, and address) of the winners will be passed on to third parties. The delivery of the respective prizes cannot be guaranteed with a specific delivery date.
9. LEGAL RECOURSE
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. LIABILITY
Kids-Fanshop GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for damages related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, unless the giveaway provider or their agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. 11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If one or more of the above clauses are or become wholly or partially void, ineffective, or impracticable, the remaining conditions remain effective. An appropriate valid clause will take the place of the void one. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap.
